I am aware that the “ Swim Nights” event is governed by the swimming rules of the respective venue. By registering, I acknowledge that the swimming rules and the legal and procedural regulations are binding upon me. As a participant in this event, I agree to comply with the swimming rules posted at the respective venue. Furthermore, after inspecting the training routes, I acknowledge that they are suitable for my health and fitness level. Should I identify any safety risks for myself, I will immediately inform the event organizers. By registering, I declare my agreement with the organizational guidelines and my willingness to follow the instructions of the volunteers. I am personally responsible for ensuring that the equipment I use is in proper working order. I hereby declare that I will not make any legal claims or demands against the organizer, its volunteers or representatives, any affected municipalities, or any other individuals or entities, unless liability insurance claims apply. I am aware and agree that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings and sports equipment during the event and related activities. I hereby certify that I am physically fit, have trained sufficiently to participate in the swimming program, and have received a medical certificate confirming my fitness to participate. I hereby agree that I may receive medical treatment during the swimming training if it is deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness occurring during the course of the training. Any medical treatment is subject to a fee and will be billed either through health insurance or privately. I hereby grant you permission to use my name and image free of charge and without restriction, provided this is in connection with the Swim Nights. I hereby release the organizers and volunteers of the Swim Nights from all liability claims, unless these are covered by statutory liability insurance. This includes all direct and indirect damages, as well as any statutory claims that I, my heirs, or other third parties might assert as a result of injuries sustained or in the event of death. This does not apply if the damages are attributable to gross negligence or intentional acts on the part of the organizers and volunteers. The insurance coverage for personal injury and property damage is 3 million euros. Furthermore, I release the organizers and volunteers from any liability toward third parties to the extent that such third parties suffer damages as a result of my participation in the swimnight during the event. I am aware that participation in the Swim Nights involves inherent risks and that the possibility of serious injury, including fatal accidents and property damage, cannot be ruled out. By signing the registration form, I hereby declare that I have carefully read this waiver, release, and undertaking in its entirety and expressly agree to its contents. The sailfish Swim Nights are events organized by EvenTrade GmbH.
