How it works:
- Please submit a repair request so that we can assess the damage and the effort required for the repair (see below).
- After you submit the repair request with pictures, we will assess the effort required and respond to you via email. Suits purchased from sailfish will be repaired free of charge in most cases.
- You send your item to sailfish.
- As soon as we receive the suit again, we will contact you and inform you about the final costs. The payment takes place within the online store, with the indication of the complaint number. (Click here for the article)
