Which payment methods are possible?

Payment can generally be made via PayPal, credit card or prepayment. For payment by credit card you can use the following credit cards: Visa/ Mastercard

We ask for your understanding that payment by cash on delivery is not possible.

Can I exchange a product?

In case of a return we would like to ask you to fill out the return form, which is enclosed with the order, completely with your information and put it into the returned package. We ask for your understanding that we do not offer size exchange. For a size exchange of an item, a new order must be placed. After receiving the goods, we will only refund the amount.

Are there any return shipping costs for a return?

Orders from Germany and Austria will receive a printed return label enclosed with the shipment. This simply has to be stuck on the box and handed in at a post office. For orders from other countries there is currently no possibility to receive a free return label. Thus, the return costs must be borne by the customer. How long is the return period?

You can return your item within 14 days of receiving the shipment if the following conditions are met:

1) The items must be in original condition with no signs of wear.

2) The label must not have been removed.

3) The items must be in their original packaging.

Upon completion of the entire return process, you will be refunded within 14 business days to the original payment method used.

*Please note, in doing so: if your return does not meet our return policy, we will notify you via email and return the item.

Orders

How can I cancel an order I have placed?

To cancel an order, send us an email as soon as possible to info@sailfish.com.

Please let us know immediately after entering the order, because we process and ship our order immediately after receipt. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation by mail.

Which parcel service will be used to ship the order to me?

We ship end customer orders in Germany by DHL. Shipments to other European countries and worldwide are sent by UPS.

How quickly will my order be shipped after I receive it?

We ship the order immediately after we receive it. That is, if your order arrives on weekdays before 10:00 in the morning, we usually ship it on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will take place the following day.
