Terms and Conditions for the "Challenge Roth Ticket Giveaway 2026"
 As of July 13, 2026

I. Organizer
 The organizer of this sweepstakes is sailfish GmbH, Werner-von-Siemens-Straße 35, 64319 Pfungstadt, represented by Managing Director Jan Sibbersen. You can contact the company using the contact information provided in the website’s legal notice.

II. Participation and Eligibility
 Entry into the sweepstakes during the promotional period is exclusively via the registration form on the promotional page. Natural persons aged 18 or older are eligible to participate, regardless of their country of residence. Only one entry per person is permitted; multiple entries will result in disqualification. Participation is free of charge and not tied to the purchase of any goods or services.

Period: July 13, 2026, 12:00 a.m. through September 30, 2026, 11:59 p.m. (CEST).
How to Enter: Complete the registration form with your first name, last name, and email address, and expressly agree to these terms and conditions.
Exclusion from Further Participation: Only the first valid registration per person will be considered. Participants who enter multiple times or use multiple email addresses will be disqualified.
Protection of Minors: Persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation.
III. Drawing and Notification of Winner
The winner is expected to be determined in early October 2026 (an exact date will not be set in advance) through a random drawing from among all valid entries.
The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days or cannot be contacted, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.

IV. Profit
 The following prize will be awarded:

1 starting spot for the “DATEV Challenge Roth 2027” race (value approx. €729).
The prize is subject to the official terms and conditions of Challenge Roth (TEAMCHALLENGE GmbH), which apply in addition. The prize includes only the race entry; travel, lodging, and other incidental expenses are not included.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Acceptance of the prize constitutes settlement of all further claims to the prize. The winner is solely responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations associated with the prize.

V. Announcement of the Winner
 The winner’s first name may be published on the sailfish website and on the organizer’s social media channels after the contest has ended. Other personal data (e.g., last name, place of residence, photos) will be published only with the winner’s express consent.

VI. Exclusion from the Contest
 Persons who attempt to gain an unfair advantage through deception or manipulation, as well as participants who violate these terms and conditions or enter multiple times, are excluded from the contest. Employees, managing directors, shareholders, and other affiliates of sailfish GmbH, as well as their immediate family members, are excluded from participation.
The organizer reserves the right to retroactively exclude participants in cases of reasonable suspicion and, if necessary, to select an alternate winner. sailfish GmbH assumes no responsibility for technical failures, malfunctions, or interruptions that temporarily prevent participation in the contest.

VII. Data Protection and Marketing Consent
 Participants’ personal data (first name, last name, email address) will be processed by the organizer solely for the purpose of conducting and administering the contest (e.g., determining the winner, contacting the winner).
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also consent to sailfish GmbH using your email address to send you marketing emails (e.g., newsletters, offers, new product announcements) in the future. This consent may be revoked at any time with future effect via the unsubscribe link in each email, without affecting your participation in the contest.
The collected data will not be disclosed to third parties without your express consent. After the contest ends, the data will be deleted unless there are legal retention requirements or consent has been given for further use (e.g., for marketing).

VIII. Miscellaneous
 This contest is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platforms; these platforms are neither the organizer nor the sponsor of the contest.
German law applies exclusively to all disputes arising in connection with the contest. Legal recourse is excluded.
In case of doubt, the German version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
